whether it actually happens or not idk, but if Adam Schefter is saying both sides have shown legit interest, i believe it. even if its just posturing on Toms part. but i highly doubt good ol' Schefty just made it up.

I;m not saying schefty made it up. But its sensationalism. There is no way this is a possibility, or being talked about by either side. Maybe I am more sensitive to it because that is all sports radio is talking about 24/7 here. And I understand it, its the biggest free agent story since Peyton went to Denver. But lets just keep the speculation to possible, plausible destinations please.

Titans have been strongly rumored to be in on Brady but rumors swirling that locking up Tannehill long term is their first priority. if true i agree with them.

well he got them right to the hump this season. led a mediocre Miami team to the playoffs a few years ago. he was terrific last season. Brady wasnt. id rather have Tannehill over Brady going forward if im Tennessee.

I guess its all about the approach. Tennesee is, or should be, in win right now mode. Brady gives them a better chance of winning a title this season. Two years from now, nope. If I were them, I would be pushing all my chips in on this coming season.

I think Tom, at this age, whith those weapons, gives them a better chance. of course its just my opinion. Tommy can't throw the ball 50 times a game anym ore, but come crunch time, I think he would be a better option than Tannehill.

having a Henry helps any QB but lets not act like the titans have a plethora of weapons. and Tanny was great. 20 pts higher qb rating than Tom last year. thats massive. not the end all be all but certainly a considerable piece of evidence. And Tanny will be in his 2nd season in that system. it would be Bradys 1st year, being much more ancient in age. and if u take Brady you need an immediate succession plan which means resources given towards that cause. keep Tanny and use those resources to help out Tanny.

Tanny had an excellent season. I;m not taking that away from him. but I think TB in that same offense does better.

As for the succession plan, you are 100% right. taking brady for them means they are mortgaging the future to win right now.

looks like its Chargers, Bucs, or Pats. if Chargers can sign Brady and then draft Tua or Herbert, damn they'd be great to go.

Yeah, they are in a good position, but financially, might be tight for them.
