I'd argue that a video existing at all, hurts the defense. If it was consensual, and these dudes were being extra cautious, doubt a woman would still try and run game. The fact the video exists at all would be questioned, a lot. Still need to hear all facts, but the video piece will come off as these dudes trying to right a wrong, after the fact. |

Yea man, I was joking of course. But it seems to me there is a condition that has developed over the last few decades...that last decade especially.. That is, people experience shit that happens and then tries to go back and write a narrative that they think is plausible to get away with for a dozen different reasons. Jesse Smolett for example...cops for example...false rape allegations for example. Video...constant video...personal video life recorders are going to be the only solution like a dashcam in your car. I saw it a "Black Mirror" episode and I knew right then that is where we are headed.
