The gunman was identified as Eddy Feliz Garcia, 25, according to police spokesman Col. Frank Duran Mejia. Dominican National Police Director Ney Aldrin Bautista Almonte said Garcia was captured and beaten by a crowd of people at the bar. He suffered a cranium contusion and trauma to his thorax, left knee and right leg, according to the Dominican Republic's National Health Service.

One word is he got shot over a side chick. Apparently side chicks was fighting in the hospital, and some other shit.
Take it from me, when my pops got shot back in like 93/94.....there was at least 3 or 4 fights in the hospital, and pops was knee deep in shit at the time, and heads was rollin to the hospital and clashin. Ortiz was into some shit....at the minimum wide scale dick swinging.
