Jets hopefully trade down in order to jump back in to the 2nd, allowing them to draft a starting edge rusher and starting center with their first 2 picks. if they stay at 3 they take Josh Allen, the best edge player in the draft, but then have to hope and pray that one of the top 3 centers falls to them with the 3rd pick of the 3rd rd. Probably wont happen. they'd have to get lucky.

Its getting to be that time man. I'm not sure what the pats are gonna do. Something unexpected. Would like to see them snag one of the TE's from Iowa, but they won't drop that far.

Yeah, they will Zig when everyone thinks they will zag. I could also see them trading out of the 1st for future picks. I hope that's not the case though.

its just lazy thinking to assume NE goes TE with their first pick just cause Gronk retired. even he wasnt a 1st rd pick.

Correct. You think the cardinals trade rosen and take murray?

damn that seems to be the buzz and i really just have no idea. you figure they'd be best suited to trade Rosen before the draft. if they take Murray then shop Rosen it'll lessen their leverage. they HAVE TO trade him at that point.

Yeah. I could see a draft day trade being swung. If they don't, they could get a team to come up and trade for that #1 pick. They have so many holes, the more picks the better.

I don't think they're great nor terrible. its just a generic whatever look. Pretty bland actually, which if anything i guess is better than doing to much to them. but Sam Darnold said it best. they'll look terrible if we lose and look great if we win.

but you know what, if it gives the Jets a sense of a new feel, a new team, a new beginning etc, with new players, new coaches, new attitude, new expectations, they can run with that feeling and become something good. at least that seems to be the vibe around the team. it was going to take alot to get rid of the stench of Toilet Bowles.

I hear you. I just for the most part prefer some of these old school looks.

depends on how far back you go and what team. i tend to think that most looks fall under the same not great but not terrible look. the old school Steelers bumble bee look and the GB old look are ugly. my favorite looking jersey is probably the Pats during the Bledsoe era. I also love that SF late 80s look.

Fair. Specifically I like the Jets jerseys as they were. But there, there are some awful ones. Denver was brutal at one point as well.

They almost have to, right? I mean, Russ aint elite (cue Ice going crazy) but he is a good QB. Do they really want to start over?

Ya...I dunno! I dont see him getting better, only worse. But they'll have to pay him serious money...and he'll want serious money! And it could destabilize the whole team if they dont solidify the position. Its a doozy.

All true. But if you don't, you signal you are in rebuild mode, I will say SEA has to shit or get off the pot though. Either invest in Russ, and put some guys around him, and make a run, or tear it all down.

Would arizona is the better question....and I doubt theyd go for it. Why sign up for a good but not great qb at exhorbitant prices when you can use your number 1 pick to get the best one and then work your program?

But teams do dumb shit all of the time.

Jets have a tough start and tough end to the year, but alot of potential cake in the mid portion of the schedule. if we wanna make noise this year we gotta win home games against teams like Dallas, Pittsburgh, Cleveland, and New England. and not lose games to scrubs like Cincy, Washington, NYG, and Miami. ive seen most projections ranging from 8-8 to 10-6 and thats pretty reasonable as of now.

I would agree Austin. 8-8 is not unreasonable at all...unless Gase proves out that he aint a HC.

Couple days away. Raider fans have to be the most excited, 3 first rounders and a very knowledgeable guy as new GM.

Our drafting has been terrible under the new regime. Kittle has been the only solid piece in two drafts. The book still out on McGlinchey our first rounder from last year and WR dante Pettis. Both showed promise as rookies but we shall see.

Talk we may trade back, I don’t really see it yet, unless the Giants want to move in front of the raiders for a QB and even then the Jets are their at 3 and would cost less. Other less likely a d bold moves would be the Redskins, Dolphins, Bucs moving up for guys but Arians has shown he clearly believes he can work with guys as he never drafted a QB in Arizona.

Not sold on Bosa for health reasons, i like Allen but dont know how he fits a 3-4. Id rather trade back and load up on guys like Oliver or Gary, and a top flight CB or WR or TE
