So it appears Haskins was drunk and high when he got killed by the dump truck. 3 times the legal limit on alcohol, and 2 types of Ketamine in his system at time of death. Apparently he went out the night before with someone, got high and wasted, got separated at some point, ended up with some broad in his car, ended up on the road side with no gas in the car, got out to go get gas, boom, Trucked.\ Kids, dont drink and drive, and dont do drugs. |
