Ice you confuse me. you saying Darnold gonna Darnold but also saying Carolina got to many weapons. if Sam gonna gonna Sam then those weapons are irrelevant. hyping up the weapons is to say the qb will effectively utilize them.

Darnold will still have those Darnold moments, where he coughs it up or just panicks with heat in his face. But he doesnt have to do much, with guys like CMC, DJ moore and them boys. So yes i expect to play decent, probably have a moment or two if the jets can still generate pressure without Carl lawson and whomever else they lost.

But hand it over alot, lip screen plays and slants, converting and making plays when he has to. It shouldn't take much to beat the Jets the talent gap between these teams is tremendous

gotcha. im interested in seeing Darnold with actual weapons. Jets will shut Cmac down in the run game, but the potential for CMC to run amok in the passing game is scary. i actually think its gonna be a high scoring game. Carolinas D aint shit. i can see both QBs slinging it effectively, with a few turnovers mixed in.

Jets pass game and run D match up well here. our secondary is the biggest issue, as it will be in most games. of course im assuming Wilson is the troof and if he is, we have weapons good enough to attack Carolinas D.

Just remember...rookie qb's are still rookies. I fully expect Wilson to be good this year...with a sprinkling of god awful games in between.
