It'll probably be the redistributers. Cant be the end user, but if they get a 50 out of some scared users, im sure they feel good about it. I'm sure it'll just end up being a bunch of angry letters and threats to end users saying they are legally on the hook, but they can settle for 75 (after this first bail out offer). _________________
