Well it makes sense if he was abusing due to CTE. Which is what the family is alleging. He had concussions and was just not the same after football according to them. Maybe drinking eased the pain until he finally had enough and killed himself, suicide is related to CTE as well and as you all know.

Alcohol in general is easy for me to avoid, I rarely drink, but have seen so many succumb to it. Which is probably why I don’t. I wish more people would realize it’s terrible for your body and leads to horrible choices. I hate it because it makes me want to fuck something, anything lol I’ll be fuckin fat bitches in no time. Or drunk fucking my girl but i dont need to be drunk to fuck her or do some nasty shit .

I just can’t drink and chill or drink like socially, it always makes me want to fuckin find a whore and fuck her six ways from sunday.

38 years old. fuck. sounds like he had some problems. my guess is OD/suicide. damn i remember my first ever BHO FF team i had V-Jax as one of my starting WRs. dude was a stud in his prime. the trio with him, Gates, and a young prime Rivers was nothing to fuck with. RIP Vincent Jackson.

shit is turned over on its side. I truly believe that people are despondent lately for a multitude of reasons. For me, a big deal of it at the center is this bending of the truth. IF truth isn't it, because what is truth, Covid has pulled back the curtain of the show that our life has become. The movie, show, the play, or whatever has become a script people keep trying to recite and live when it's becoming more apparent the act has an empty plot.

The whole labelling the thing as a disease is a way to excuse it. But the addict behavior, the addiction is real from a mental and physio look is real. The rub is where there is a clear choice in the beginning but then less so just to feel ok and get through a day, an hour, or the next minute. The brain is its own damn prison/torture chamber sometimes. The AMA labels it as a disease from word salads. And being "pickled" myself, I call bullshit on it as a disease. Apparently, it's my choice if I want to cure it by not drinking a bottle today. But tomorrow, I go a get on a buzz, the disease is back. The fact is people have to rule their behavior knowing if you step off a cliff you might get hurt, hurt someone else, or die.
