I gotta go Russell, just never saw it coming. Its a tough one. Id obviously go Siakam jumping a whole 10 pts, getting better from 3, and better defense. But Russell is a tough one as you said, I didnt see him taking this leap. Makes the lakers look bad. I even wrote the kid off. Another leap from him and he could be a top 5 pg next year. We'll see how the award goes. _________________

he can say the truth.  i dont understand this rule that because of "competitive nature" you have to go around claiming shit that is flat out untrue and virtually nobody would agree with. if it pains you to flat out say he was better, then avoid a definitive answer and just say we were both ATGs.

It's just that one's perception of themselves is usually different than on the outside looking in. When you have to push yourself that hard to be a hof player, naturally it comes with the belief you were the best. Pierce probably considers himself better than Kobe and if he had Shaq......
Marbury is the most laughable when he ranks hisself amongst his peers. At least Pierce and Wade were close enough to be a debate.
