but you gotta consider the 1st minute of so, where McGregor was landing them kicks, and they got back up to their feet and were exchanging at the end of the round. Clear 10-9 for porier because of the gournd work, but not 10-8.

I honestly dont think those kids were a big deal. The commentators made a big deal of them..because it was Conor. Dustin was checking, catching, and shaking off most of them.
I dont care either way, I just dont think a 10-8 round is that egregious.

Conor landed some really good kicks. a few of them twisted Dustins lower half. it wasn't a huge difference making atrack but they were solid nonetheless. anyway, the issue in MMA now is that there werent enough 10-8 rds, now they are more aware of it so they go to far the other way. just look at the totality of the rd. clear for Dustin. not 10-8. 10-8 means Conor got dominated without offering up any resistance. obviously that wasnt the case. E said it perfectly. a clear 10-9.

The Mcgregor camp practiced those kicks in camp and overdid the shit probably. Over time those microfractures rebuild stronger if you let them. They went too deep.
With the type of repair, Conor got he won't break it again if he fights. Ti rod and screws...shit might not be fair. Part Wolverine..
