The entire country has been effeminized. It happened very slowly. Look at how they have been introducing things like skinnier fitting clothing over the past decade or so. I can't even buy anything baggy in stores anymore. Everything is slim fit. It's not a coincidence. And if you want to look at it from a color perspective, gay black men in the Atlanta area are extremely hindered/plagued by their HIV rates as ATL has become a hot spot for gay black males and the HIV/AIDS rates have exploded over the past decade or so. It's actually really, really sad.
