CC "Can't Cover" Brown.

Yeah, baby. I'm rooting for Johnny Football and Cleveland.

yup CC Brown, that was the name I couldn't think of. He doesn't count. :-)

Gilbert, Manziel, and another #1 and #4 pick in next years draft. Terrific first rd, assuming the players pan out obviously.

he could be the biggest bust of them all.

I'd think a team with possession revievers.
best of luck to him....

yea, i didn't get it, but its Detroit. they have Calvin, signed Tate, and re-signed Pettigrew. desperately need help in the secondary, and they draft another pass catcher. at least those 35-31 losses will still be exciting. :P

I'm pissed about the Ebron pick.

I wanted this kid for the Giants. Nice big target for Eli. But we got stuck with a midget WR.

Cooks to NO is a great move. Not sure why the Jets didn't take him. Pryor's not a bad pick, though. They better get Lee or Landry in the next round. Maybe Allen Robinson if those two are gone. Kid went to my high school.

I think it's crazy that Gilbert went 8 and Dennard slipped to 24. NFL scouts are retarded for pick sixes. Give me the shutdown corner who can actually press and make a tackle in the backfield. Cincy was in love with him though so I'm glad he's going to a good team.

Johnny will take a back seat to Hoyer next year, at least for a few games. I'm glad he not only slipped to 22, but to a bad team at 22. Fuck him.

Giants fans, you seriously don't have a bigger need than WR? I find that very hard to believe.

I don't get the Ebron pick at all, especially because we fucking SIGNED PETTIGREW FOR 4 MORE YEARS!!! Good god I hate this organization. The only way to justify this is if it was impossible to trade down and all of the guys we wanted got picked before us. I hope Dennard picks Stafford off 3 times the next time they play.

based on everything i read it was shocking to see the separation between Gilbert and Dennard, and Fuller goes way ahead of Dennard as well. i got the feeling Dennard would be the first off the board, i read Gilbert can be a little soft and doesn't tackle.

Lots of NYG fans upset with the Beckham pick. They did lose Nicks and don't have any sure things at WR after Cruz. But they do need a lot of help on both lines and some good players were available there, and this is a deep WR class.

Idzik allegedly took the highest rated player on his board, so that's the explanation of Pryor over Cooks, and again, deep WR class. Lee is still available going into rd 2. Pleas let us trade up.

Pryor really flew under the radar in all the pre draft talk, so did Ha Ha. They're both damn good safeties, and that position is becoming more important in the NFL. The Niners just took a 5'10 safety who played in the MAC. Not sure how Ice feels about that.

That TE isn't Detroit's biggest problem...Jim Caldwell is.

The Browns are lucky Manziel fell to them at 22 because now the story isn't about them blowing the 8th pick on Gilbert.

I couldn't be more indifferent about him. Stafford and our D-line have to play to their potential before I start worrying about any coach.

At first I was like WTF??! But after studying up on our pick I am pleased. It seems like we have a lil Earl Thomas type of player, but he will be our Slot CB I think. Just a straight up football player I like that. Tomorrow we need to find a dynamic speed WR to stretch them Fuckin Seahawks.

My 1st round thoughts...not that any body gives a fuck, LOL.

Texans do as expected and can still get a QB if they want one. Good situation for them.

Buffalo fucked up. Watkins can be great, but giving up their 1st for next year to move up 5 spots? Typical buffalo.

Cleveland got their QB, but not sure why they went CB. Take O-line there to protect your QB.

G-men take a WR. Was needed, but i also think they may have been better going o-line. ELi, when protected, can be very good, as i;ve seen 1st fuckin hand.

Jats take a corner, good pick for them, was needed. plenty of Wr's left for them to grab.

Pats take a DT, which i like, but one who has had 2 ACL injuries already. WTF. Wanted Tuitt.

Giants taking Beckham to me was a panic move. I'm sure they had their eye on Ebron and were thinking they were going to get him. Than Detroit comes in with one of the most ridiculous picks I have ever seen and grabs him. Makes zero sense for them. I understand we need someone to replace Nicks, but the WR class is stupid deep this year. I rather they had gotten Zack Martin. We don't need a safety or CB cause we more than good in that dept. But a TE or O lineman was needed.

Cleveland took a gamble by trading down. But they still landed Manziel at 22. I bet they were very surprised he was still there for them. Than they get 2 first round picks next year. Shit I think they gonna be alright in a few years. Why they picked Gilbert at 8? I have no fucking idea.

I thought for sure the Jets were gonna grab Lee if he feel to them. Werent they looking at him and Cooks? What the fuck happened? lol

The Jets move is confusing because I've read that they already have a couple of strong safeties and no weak safeties. It's totally a Rex move. He couldn't give any less of a shit if they don't have receivers. He wants enforcers on defense.

First off its Idzik drafting, not Rex. idk why people keep acting like Rex is controlling these drafts. if he was, they wouldn't have drafted Stephen Hill, or Geno Smith. Jets safeties suck. Allen isn't bad in coverage (he contolled Gronk last yr and had a pick 6 vs Brady) and I read Pryor the enforcer isn't that bad either. Idzik comes from Seattle. he's drafted Milliner, Richardson (DPOY) and Pryor, he's obviously trying to build a Seattle East team. Plenty of WRs to get in the draft still (trade up for Lee a 1st rd talent is possible and they got Decker, like Kerley, and hope to get lucky with Ford). hope that corrects your confusion.

I think Rex has something to do with their drafting process, more so than most coaches.

Idzik is going to fire Rex if they don't make the playoffs, but he's gonna give Rex control over long term draft decisions. that makes a lot of sense. :kopfpatsch:

stop being stubborn and listen to someone who knows more about the subject. I already elegantly explained to you why that doesn't make sense. but you don't want to listen to reason. :i-dont-know-smiley-emoticon:

They gonna write the same article this year? I don't even think it's a bad move, dude, so calm down. Offensively, you're mailing it in with your QB situation. Might as well stock up on D and mimic Seattle.

I don't get the relevance of that article. but im not going to keep going on and on making sensible points. Jets added Decker, CJ, and Vick on offense and plenty of offense to get in the draft still. But one defensive player at a need position makes Rex the GM. ok, im done.

And you're calling me defensive in another thread . There isn't a bigger lemming on this entire board when it comes to a sports team. You need to chill.

I don't need to chill, im not ''irritated'' or saying im ashamed of this board or calling you an idiot or other names like you've done recently, because of difference of opinion. im just debating you on a point. Stop deflecting.
