That's touching another good point. It's not like a don't care, but I don't have much sympathy. I don't know these dudes. They don't know us. Maybe Watson has some sort of history backing up Burro people.  "They" railroading him....these people bring it on themselves not knowing what to do with all the fame and money. News gossipers just selling stories and getting people riled up. PEople love getting riled up. Riled up is a business. Did you know Bill and Melinda Gates got a divorce? Who gives a fuck.

Im not even paying attention to this anymore. I dont think anyone really is. same here. i just cant stand this type of celebrity/athlete hero worshipping, like oh he's such a great guy he'd never do that,.or oh that guy is clearly a jerk you know he did it. fact is we know absolutely nothing about who these people really are, outside of just being great at their job.

None of these teams are going to do anything or make any blockbuster trades until this case plays out. Because he can be suspended.
Miami ain't doing it because they want to win and they have some talent now.
Carolina's GM is all in on Darnold.
Denver aint doing it cause I really dont think Elway wants a black QB. Just being honest. Especially one with character concerns.
So that leaves Philly who i could see making a move but again, not until this shit is over perhaps. They may feel they are not in position to win and can afford to take a risk.

Exactly Austin I love me some Elway too. As a player, and as a GM. But when it comes to QBs, he clearly prefers and comes from the days when Warren Moon and Doug williams were the only black QBs. He has had plenty of opportunities to upgrade with a soul brother at QB but jas refrained. I know he brought in Teddy, surprisingly, but Teddy is there to play backup, know that. And who knows if he makes it past training camp. Probably brought him to motivate Lock

i actually forgot he brought in Teddy. but yea, Elway loves Lock and i can see why. Teddy isnt a threat to start unless Lock completely flops. last year was a throw away year with Lock and all the WRs being hurt and the pandemic conditions. so i dont think Locks underwhelming year will be held against him.
