Ive said this at least 3 times before. I suppose no one listens. Yahoo doesnt make variable the amount of votes required to trigger a veto. Its a static number. So you cant actually make a veto only occur when the majority of the league votes for the veto. It takes one third which is too low for a functioning veto system that doesnt lead to the commissioners ass getting involved on a case by case basis.
