Goat technical fighters who are so obsessed with the sport that they help train other fighters will always produce champions in my opinion. It was a forgone conclusion that Eagle Academy or whatever they got over there was gonna get another champ and more will come. It's why I think Mayweather Gym/Promotions will have a strangle hold on boxing when we're about 60 odd. Mayweather got Tank and turned him into a force, did some work with Haney too. But he got a bunch of youngers who dont even know how to pee straight that already doing pull counters man

Jermz is not completely off here, I didn't like some of the looks Izzy gave us during that fight man, but he did rock that summabich and he was saved by the bell, and it's important for izzy to know he can hurt him, but he needs to do it at a time where he can finish him, shit man had he had 20 more seconds it might had happened exactly as it happened to him. He had the fight won, but that dude fought to the last minute so give him credit for that. Can't wait to see it again. |

I didnt even wanna be watching the shit man, but family did something at my aunts and my brother "Honesto from the BHO league" came thru and dragged me. I wanted Izzy to win man, I really did, but dude walked forward with his hands up the whole night daring the long armed izzy to hit the body and Izzy aint even feint to the body. How you named style bender but the simplest technical detail you can adapt to and use to slow a man down and make you respect him?? We saw Floyd do this to bigger men his whole career man, dudes aint walkin forward when you wind the stomach. Izzy's knees work...he can bend down, he's fast, and he has the range advantage. Thats the long range lunging body shot all night, or feint that to drop the hands to create opportunities, traps. Izzy knew the only way dude could beat him was to walk him down, and he let dude get away with the biggest weak spot. In spite of Izzy almost getting him in that one spot, I was very disappointed with him from a technical standpoint. A man of his caliber should know better.
