Maybe it'll end up benefitting us...

Fuckin Shanahans. Power hungry. Dont know shit about personnel. Im getting worried about this decision.

Jay Cutler. Kirk Cousins. Mac Jones. Sounds about right.

Fields and Lance have major questions with the mental side of their game. None lf these guys look like #3 potential but i get for QBs you have to reach.

But I’m hearing Shanny wants one guy, Lynch wants another. And Shanny has the last say :facepalm-gesture-smiley-emoticon: may God be with us.

How could shanny have the last say,wen Lynch is the fucking gm??? Makes no sense
Look the choice is simple here its to simple even for ur dumass 9ers to FCK up

U take lance or fields there ceiling is much higher than Jones...fields is a stud he made the chip,he outplayed Lawrence on the biggest stage wat else do u want??

Taking Jones over fields or lance would be a huge mistake... Fields can take over right away soon as jimmy gets hurt which we know is gonna happen cuz he's soft and asscheeks :hearty-laugh: :hearty-laugh: :hearty-laugh:

Fields just ran a 4.44 and he can clearly pass well enough in the pocket already and hes much more ready to play than Lance is...
Jones is already as good as he can be

He can never get faster,or develop the athletic ability that fields and lance have...Jones is a Statue and in that division u need a QB that can get away wen the pocket breaks down.Jones is a sitting duck man

Mac Jones did have a retarded 97 qbr against the blitz. obviously the nfl game is a different monster but Mac did play top tier Ds in the SEC and ate up pressure for breakfast lunch and dinner. beating pressure isnt aleays about running away from it. its also about making the quick correct read and doing so quickly and instinctively. Im taking Fields as the 3rd qb off the board. but if SF sees something in Mac to take him, im not questioning them.

Everyone is much faster and stronger in the NFL than the sec...and look he had the best oline, best rb,and best wrs @ Alabama

Not gonna be that easy in the NFL...
All the sec defenses aren't great, some are good yes,but lets not get out of hand

I mean listen with the 9ers talent watever QB they take will be in position to win a SB tbh...
But I dont want it to be Jones,I'd rather see it be fields or lance reaping the benefits of all that great talent, coaching and gm around them

Yea good trade man....
I like it for both teams
2 and a 4 next yr is a good look u get pro bowlers and hofers there

Shit man the best rbs in the draft go in the 2nd nowadays... I really hope they get Harris @23 that would be great.darnold will look real good with cmac,Anderson and Moore there for him

But jets did the right thing Wilson will give them a chance to win it 1 day he just has more talent and a higher ceiling than darnold period...
Darnold can do wat foles, goff and jimmy did he can make a superbowl but he needs a team and a stable franchise around him

I pray wilson stays healthy, and he can handle the NYC pressure cuz that kid is special he can make mahomes type throws...
So now everyone knows jets taking wilson,so wat will the 9ers and falcons do??

Can't wait to see

Robby Anderson did have his break out year last season with teddy and he did take a parting shot at Darnold when he left the Jets so im wondering how he really feels. its interesting Carolina apparently views Darnold in a higher light than they do Fields or Lance who they maybe wouldve had a shot at drafting at #8. or maybe they felt both would be gone and they care nothing for Mac Jones. they were persuing Watson as well so we know they were willing to offer that huge package so you assume they had enough assets to move up in the draft for Fields/Lance. but now they can potentially add one of the 'Bama WRs or Pitts, while already having Robby/Moore/CMac. Darnold was never given a true fair shot but he also couldve played better in alot of spots. im rooting for him. but he has no excuses to not be at least a good statistical qb if nothing else. maybe a poor man's Tony Romo.

Yes exactly... I wouldn't say panthers think darnold has a higher ceiling than fields or Lance

I think its more about them keeping the 8th pick and taking a great player like u said to already go along with CMAC, Moore and Anderson

If they get Pitts, waddle or smith with wat they already have with darnold they'll be in serious business I'd say the future and foundation would be bright...Moore and CMAC are like 25 there smack in there prime and Darnold is 23 with 3 yrs experience

This can work for both teams I think...
Rhule got his young qb to develop now and saleh and lafleur got theres...
So now it is time to see if Douglas can really draft.

I like mims and becton I thought he did good last yr,and should do better now... I think jets should take a rb @23
Take Harris if hes there or Etienne those are the 2 best rbs in the draft

Jets havent had a 1000 yd rusher since ivory for godsakes :hearty-laugh: :hearty-laugh: :hearty-laugh:

Time to get a real legit rb to with with wilson

i think talent wise either of those RBs are worthy at 23. but the Jets have more pressing needs at Guard, edge rusher, and especially CB. so I'll tell you right now they're not taking a RB at 23. if either slips to 34, then perhaps, but even then im not sure. we'll see.

its the mother of all foregone conclusions. the big chatter now is if the Jets will be super aggressive and try and trade up from 23 into the 10 range to target a top 2-3 WR , top 2-3 OL, or top 1-2 CB.

That's aggressive shit. I like it. I am hoping BB makes a move for a QB, but don't see it happening. Its going to be a day 2 pick, Mond or some shit.

if the Pats really want a qb of the future they gotta stop with these 3rd-4th rd scrubs. i think Mac Jones will be there at 15.

If he's there at 15you take him. If he is there at the back if the top 10, you move to get him. LOL. But BB has a fucking hard on for Cam that I just can't understand.

at least Darnold takes Carolina away from taking a qb. cant imagine 5 qbs go before 15 and NE would be wise to take Lance or most likely Jones, whoever is there. maybe both are there. but definitely 1 will be.

From your lips to them GM's ears. I think a lot will ride on what ATL does as well. Statistically, Ryan didn't have a bad year last year. New coach, maybe they take Pitts to pair with Julio and Ridley. MAtchup nightmare for defenses.

it depends which qb SF takes and if ATL loves whoever is the 4th qb off the board. come to think of it maybe there will be all top 5 qbs gone before 15 lol.

Belechick doesn't have a hard on for cam....
He paid him cheap gave him a 2nd shot to see wat he really has left... I think pats gonna move up and take fields or lance and if that happens the league will be I'm big trouble

Belechick getting one of those guys is dangerous especially after all the money pats just spent...
If fields goes go the 9ers or pats hes definitely winning a Superbowl someday in the next 3-5 yrs cuz hes the goods

He ends up with belechick or shanahan thats bad news for the league bigtime...jimmy will get his 1 yr on the 9ers and hes gone Same like with Alex smith wen they tool mahomes

Maybe Darnold starts in Carolina from day 1 wether they keep teddy or not...best qbs available in the 2nd rd will be trask, book and mond.
I really like trask he deserves to be 1st rd hes definitely good enough, but it sounds like hes going in the 2nd rd

I love it. Let a rookie sit for a year. I dont like the idea of throwing a kid out there year 1. That’s basically saying the season a wash. Jimmy gives us a chance to compete. I hope he gives us a good year or two. But if another team wants him bad enough so be it.

Ice wtf football u been watching??
Rookie qbs come out great and they ball....
Allen, lamar,Mayfield,Murray, dak,Herbert, all had great rookie yrs

Dak and lamar made the playoffs as rookies...
Rookie qbs do just fine nowadays, they dont always get the wins, but its not because they dont perform thats for sure...

Watson was great as a rookie to.
Wouldn't say the season is a wash if a rookie starts from day 1 thats just clearly wrong

Listen if someone offers ya a 2 and 4 for jimmy or something better u gotta take it...
I think if ya draft fields or Jones they'll be good enough as rookie to take u to the playoffs either one although I'd prefer fields but thats just me

But either one of them throwing to kittle/deebo/ and aiyuk would be good enough to make the playoffs IMO
