Kraft and them are allowed to plead to some lesser shit....after already pleading not guilty...providing they admit after they get to review evidence....that they are guilty and then plead guilty. Okay. Whatever!

Its kinda my point. They seem to be trying extend a type of "privilege" to the situation. Now i could called it a white one....and it could hold credence....but i can also call it a money one....hes got money in FL obviously and he has that rich whiteness. Which is why i felt it applicable to bring up that fag in chicago.

If they find him guilty...thats a criminal record..and all the comings with it. They are quite clearly tip toeing in punishing him. Which they shouldnt be at all.

Kraft wants video evidence excluded from this case. the one and only thing required in any case is hard evidence. but these fucks file a motion to exclude the very clear evidence, cause they're arguing there was no good reason to plant the cameras in the first place. apparently the video captured on these cameras beg to differ. :hearty-laugh:
