I think Eli's Super Bowls had as much to do with that front 4 dominating. definitely. these weren't shootouts the NYG were winning. they scored 17 and 22 pts respectively in both SB wins over the Pats. But Eli came through in the clutch to secure victory in both games. truly a team effort.

Eli is like a Joe Flacco whose defense got it done more than once. I think Giants fans are about done with him. Eli's second Super Bowl year was mostly Eli. Threw for 4900 yards, literally had the worst running game in football, and a mediocre defense. He threw 30 for 40 in the Super Bowl. Eli was the real deal. I hope he falls to Cleveland. If he can play at all, that could be a pretty mighty first round for them. Plus, Cleveland needs something to get excited about.
