Nah, even after last night. I think it's because we knew there was 0 chance of us keeping him. We knew for 2 years that he would be leaving. We certainly miss his production at the top of the lineup for sure, but it's not like it was when Damon left.

Pineda doesn't have a good first inning, so he comes out in the second, looking like he was attacked by a vampire, with the most obvious pine tar I've ever seen, smeared all over the side of his neck. It was impossible to miss, yet it took Farrell a couple batters to come out and have the ump check for it, who starts checking everywhere but his neck, for whatever reason, but eventually getting there and tossing Pineda out. It was great. I love when things get weird in sports.

Yankee pitching being decimated with injuries. Then again with the way CC is pitching that's probably not that big a loss. And its still early but the AL east seems to be down this year. I know for a fact Boston isn't that good. We'll be fine once Kelley and Pineda get back.
