Cary Williams is a seahawk, that might be good for them, he'll have little responsibility with Sherman playing one side and those safeties.
That's the big benefit of having a corner that holds one side, it simplifies the game, and the replacements.

Eagles don;t need to spend big money on a RB. Sign a guy like Ridly or spiller on a prove it deal, and spend that money elswehere. It seems clear that philly is building for the future, not for the next year or two, so why tie up money in a guy like murray, who will be past his prime by the time you are ready to contend?

yea im not sure about playing for the future, Kelly has zero playoff wins in 2 years, he aint gonna be there for the future if they don't win a playoff game soon lol. Looks as if Bradford, or Sanchez lol, is gonna be the man for Philly, unless Chip is lying when he just publicly stated that they are not gonna mortgage their future Mariotta. Eagles should at least get Spiller at RB. Ridley sucks.

I spent a lot of time saying Ryan Matthews sucked. But he's reasonably priced, averages 4+ per carry, only 27, and can run hard. I can't be mad about it, not until the reg season anyway.

I spent a lot of time saying Ryan Matthews sucked, but he signed with a team I like so he aight.   You guys need to learn how to talk shit about your sports teams. Chip Kelly is fucking insane. There is no visual evidence or common sense that can be used to justify what he's done this offseason. If his goal was to do enough crazy shit to trick people into believing he has a plan, the chubby little man has done it. And now he's saying they're not going in for Mariota, the only guy who would have given me a glimmer of hope moving forward. So you're stuck with Bradford, who isn't better than Foles and has torn the same ACL twice. But I guess as long as he's granted the excuse "He doesn't have his guy at QB", it doesn't really matter what he does. In theory, he's a coaching genius, so let him do whatever he wants. I was listening to NY sports radio in the car, some producer of the station who happens to be an Eagles fan was given the stage to talk about what Kelly has done with Philly this offseason....dude went off, destroyed Chip, and specifically the Bradford trade. Dude was like 'there are 2 qualifications right now for you to be an Eagles player; you have to be a former Oregon duck, and have serious injury concerns. Did you miss all of last season because you tore or broke something? come and play for us.' That was a fun ride. that was a dumb ass trade unless it somehow leads to them moving up for Mariotta.

I don't understand the whole rebuilding process in Philly. Its not like they had old players or were far from being a deep playoff team. How you replace guys who were huge players on that team? It just makes no sense at all.

Na you know what, if Mariotta is there at 6, fuck it, take him. Jets will be very equipped at the skill positions and if he's for real they have a better shot at winning the SB in his 2nd or 3rd yr as opposed to winning one at any point with Fitzpatrick, or fucking Geno. At worst, he'll still be better than Geno and a younger version of Fitzpatrick, so what the hell...
