What Tom has realized over his career is that in a leadership position its incumbent on you to act in a manner such that the other guys see and then reciprocate. Tom gets loud and frustrated too, but its more calculated and the team responds properly. Kawhi played cool hand luke all season and led the raps to a title, yet another example.
