Truth. I think MMA fighters have been repeating a bad mantra for years and are now eating shit for it. The mantra that boxing is just one discipline when they have to learn so many. Boxing might be just one but u hear that enough you atart thinking one or two camps is enough to fight against a half decently trained boxer.....and have your hands body and reflexes to respond the right way when your under duress and bright lights.
