Austinholic_3:16 says i just whipped that kitchens ass and made the worlds greatest meatloaf sandwich. i call it the Meatloaf deluxe_3:16. basically you make a grilled cheese sandwich. for this particular sandwich i prefer sharp cheddar on sour dough bread. once you hook that up, you put the meatloaf in, then top that shit off with some bacon. so you basically have a meatloaf sandwich on sour dough with melted sharp cheddar and bacon. a true Stunner of a meal.

any other world class chefs wanna share some recipes, have at it. here, on the 3:16 Kitchen Throwdown.

I was with you til you hit the bacon, but I see my opportunity, I will substitute pork for Chicken bacon, then I'll rename it for my name sake, and parade it like it was my own.

I was just wondering what my snack for the first games was gonna be, this shit gonna be supreme, maybe I'll add some other shit!

ftr im not one of those people who operate under the notion that any and everything is better with bacon. im not an obsessor of bacon. but Austinholic_3:16 says wherever cheddar goes, bacon is sure to follow. for me cheddar and bacon go together like peanut butter and jelly. the deluxe can also be made with yellow American or even Pepper jack cheese. in those instances id delete the bacon. but its not discouraged to keep it on.

Awww man. White girls. Every white girl I ever dated tried to pitch me on that fuckery anytime we had a co cooking night, and they always tried to pitch it as if I was some jamaican who dont know anything about Lasagna and wouldnt squash that fuckery. Problem is, in addition to our jamaican dishes, we are A plus cooks of lasagna, we get stupid with it, including all kinds of veggies and shit in ours, but we always put meat in that bitch....so I tell those girls straight you can go meatless in yours, but you putting meat in 3 qtrs of that bitch...or Imma cook a steak.

Meatless muthafucka lasagna.

yea ive done the Spinach in it to. also delicious. so many great options and combos. my main thing though is dont be cheap with the cheese. especially the ricotta.

crazy thing though, maybe coincidence. but the best Lasagnas ive ever had have been from the hands of Spanish and black people. the inferior ones, not neccessary bad but just inferior, have been from actual Italians.

Immensely true, and goes right back to what I said that I grew up in a house that slapped with it, but also grew up where most white ppl I came across at that age where the parents actually let black kids in the house for dinners and shit were italians, and they always was reppin the lasagna hard like they was culturing the blk kid in the neighbourhood...and in my head I was wondering how the supposed real thing dont slap like the shit I'm getting at home

yeah it's weird, but maybe thats just the "correct" and true "Italian" way they make it and we as the colored ones just prefer it the different way we make it and became accustomed to. idk.

Correct aint always better Lol we know that. Sometimes you so set in your way that you dont see the winning behind some improvements. I thought opening up a beef patty and putting lettuce tomato and cheese, mayo and shit in was absolute blasphemy. But I'm 39 now lol, I still aint do it, but how can it not slap? More toppings in the right amound always slap! who the fuck wants just cheese on they pizza, shit like that!!

exactly right bro. some things are definitely better left in their "correct" traditional state. other things can clearly be expanded on to be made better. the Jamaican beef patty is a great example. as is the different styles of Spanish empanadas. which i also have a bangin recipe for that I'll get into later on.

ive come across people who have said only ketchup on a burger. or only mustard on a hot dog. anything less than the 1930s traditional way of eating each one is blasphemous. man fuck you.

I'll get into the Austinholic_3:16 way of hooking up a topping filled burger and 'dog as well later on.

Of all the complex lasagna dishes I've tried I've come to the conclusion to keep it simple but rich.
Fuck tons of cheese. Mozarella and cheddar mix with 100% pure fat-laden sausage...spicy or not.
I used to use ricotta but I found a rich cottage cheese gives it a better taste for me and I like the consistency/texture more....I've even used Greek yogurt and it was good too..just keeps it moist.
Pour all that sausage fat on each layer.
4 layers at least deep.
Quick and dirty Ragu or similar jar will do or go your own..it almost doesn't matter as much for all the good cheese and sausage.
I kick the veggies out these days for lasagna.
I let that fatness set an hour after cooking and it compacts down.
It's better on the second day.
Number 1 note in my lasagnas...I bake it for the 1hr or so covered with foil having only the cheddar on top keeping the gooey mozzarella in the middle. Cheddar browns better.
After its baked and done...take off the foil and broil the cheddar until it's golden brown on the top rack.
Add more cheddar if you want...it can't hurt.
damn delicious. I put the lasagna strips all along the sides like a fence and they get crispy and crunchy when its done. when it cools, especially the next day, its like slicing into a rich cheesecake its so thick, heavy, and condensed.

The "Gimme A Hell Yea " Hot Dog:

hot dog with ketchup, mustard or spicy brown mustard, relish or sauerkraut, and bacon bits on a lightly buttery skillet toasted bun. this one has different options as you can see. but i cant double up on relish AND sauerkraut. either one or the other. Mustard, either traditional or the spicy brown. and the hot dog, if deep fried is possible, do it! ....if not, lightly butter the skillet and cook the hot dog that way. and i absolutely dont do anything but beef hot dogs. but thats up to your preference. enjoy and you're welcome.

The "What?" Burger:

there are 2 different versions of the "What?" Burger. today i will focus on the more controversial version. most people automatically find the idea disgusting, but i swear by it. dont knock it 'til you try it. ....anyway its a bacon cheeseburger with ketchup, on cinnamon raisin toast. now with this burger you do not want to go any further than cheese, bacon, and ketchup when it comes to toppings. any more and it just clashes to much with the cinnamon raisin toast. the ultimate sweet and savory burger. you're welcome.
