I remember we had a thread like this, something of the sort, Burowz giving people advice or some shit. so yea the last I left off on that thread I was about 177 lbs. not currently im at 189. im seriously thinking of going on a 1 meal a day diet, with 2 liquid meals for breakfast and lunch, and of course a good solid foods dinner. I had a large coffee this morning, and a large mango smoothie for lunch, and im good and satisfied and will probably hook up a couple of King specials for dinner.

192 right now for me.

Current streak I have is 3.2 miles, I have ran that 5 days in a row, will finish the week off today and take tomorrow off.

I guess I can say i've been eating better, probably not as good as I could though.

I'm at the point where I ain't doing no fucking strict diets, I'll just try to cut down on take out and fried shit, but I'm getting get my shit off, I work out enough to enjoy a meal every day. Fuck it.

Da boy going to DR in two weeks and i'm ready. Hammer time.

:hammer:

Ive slipped drastically. I was on the healthy food tip opening the year and dropped 15 pounds pretty quick. Then work and life got hectic and my body has felt like absolute garbage, I dont even want to step on the scale. I got a gym membership local, but with work being crazy...and us losing the board, Ive been tied up. When this :shit-storm: has passed, now that its nice out, I'm gonna go HARD.

Been on a diet for 2 weeks. Eating greens, fruit and mostly baked or boiled meat for dinner. I lost 9 pounds so far. Now stepping it up with some treadmill and basic cardio.

155-158, a little heavy for me. Been doing a crossfit-type workout with my neighbor who is a cop and 12 years younger. Flipping tires and then hitting with a 16 lb sledgehammer. Then some kettlebell full body shit, then a circuit of jumps, chins, pushups. 23 minutes warm up and stretch for a couple minutes.

I'm hanging pretty good except for knees, lowerback, and shoulder fucked up.

Another 3.2 yesterday and a 15 minute shoulder/tricep exhaustion routine.

I will show you how to do this.

I love my body right now. :hammer:

I been looking into those P90X and Insanity work out programs. Looks very intense. Has anyone ever tried it themselves. I been doing shit on my own like crunches, leg lifts, jumping jax, push ups and 30 minute treadmill run along with a diet. Haven't hit the weights yet but will be doing so soon. I want to tone my body while dropping the pounds.

I haven't gone outside to run. Its been strictly treadmill. In time I will. Just trying to get my stamina up. I don't want to gas the first half mile  But once I do hit the outside I wanna be doing at least 5 miles.

When that happens, I will be like....... :hammer:

I said my peace about those programs on the last forum. But this is it in a nutshell....listen to RNNG. My opinion on those programs is just an opinion but its stemming from a background of real world shit. THose programs IMO are not good. It is a very complicated answer to tell you why. It has to do with what you are really trying to do and those programs address nothing but the sensation of really kicking ass. They address nothing about health and have no fitness benchmark. They are trying to sell a look. Its a package made to sell.

Ill PM you my number if you want me to tell you why. Im not going to write a book here so some half ass can tell me what it did for them, their brother, or someone they know. :smiley-wagging-his-finger-saying-no-emoticon:

That attitude is why your out of shape and overweight no offense. Programs are good. You can still play ball or whatever else and just maximize your results.

Im doing P90x3 right now while playing basketball with my son and running at the gym. Its good, keeps you on track, variety, and focus. The workouts are good I challenge you to try and complete some. they are only 30 to 40 minutes this time, unlike P90x1 which were long marathon workouts. Try it I dare you.

my basketball game is in better shape, thinking about just playing basketball this summer.

if i do some sprinting to get my speed back i will have a lot of fun playing against the better players in my town.

with my tennis game i need someone good to nurse me back to decency.

Ice...you go dance in front of a TV if you want.
I fuck harder than you P diddly 90 do anything.

Nah...its fine for someone like Ice. :P

Just wait Ice...they will have P90x10 soon enough and that will really be good.

P90x is nothing special. IT just isn't. Every cross fit gym in the universe knows this.
Its Pop...like pop culture...its a package sold and has no business costing anything. :P

These clowns said fuck P90X do Wii sports  Its no gimmick. Pull ups, pushups, etc. Its organized and keeps you productive. People go to the gym to bullshit. Hang out, play with ur IPod, talk to people, bullshit. 3 hours to do nothing. P90 I go in, do ur shit, ur done results.

I did Insanity went from 240 to 188 in a couple months. The shit works . Close minded idiots. This fool V bragging about stationary bike riding, how lame is that

Stationary bike? How crazy are you?
YOu too used to fucking with blow up dolls.
Im outside hitting it everyday. Today over 2000 calories today. 1866 k/J YOu want me to send you the GPX file. :D
YOu can't do half that with P diddly Z.
You are a PoP dude....I know...TV starry eyed tank top guy who glances at himself when you are all sweated up....

You don't know what P90x is doing.
You just doing.
THe fact you lost way is p90 magic? naw...its just calories burnt and food intake
The fact that you slather in lactic acid doesn't do anyone justice.
You might as well do an equally chick program like Zumba.
Go old school with Billy Blanks and Tae Bo....
Its not being close minded. You can dance if you want which is what it amounts to....
You call it a PROGRAM. Its a fake structure geared to anyone who will try to follow it by mainly to those you will buy the bullshit production
Its good for people who don't know....
Im being mean to you because POP shit pisses me off.
Its not personal...Im just telling you like it is.
Their are chick just like you who swear by Suzanne Summers Thigh Master too and the wonder it did for them...and their man "loves" what she can do now.....

Come on man...WTF is your goal with P90x that you can't do with something real and practical.....and for God sakes...outside.

Here's a map for my stationary bike that goes 17 mph at about 75% effort over 44 miles. And I do this everyday...and if it isn't this Im running or hiking....and if Im not doing that Im smashing shit.

I know I am not going to change your mind.. I don't think that is possible.
but you cool.

Dog ur riding a bike man, and acting like ur tough. Its a Fuckin bike. That's the gayest shit ever . You must not have any balls cause I'm on a bike two minutes and these grapefruits of mines can't handle it. OK you will have good cardio and be skinny. You won't be strong at all except your quads and you will get your tour De France ass whooped.

Everybody is not Amish like you. Programs are for people with lives who live in urban areas not the Fuckin sticks and got all day to play grab ass with nature. The fact that ur on the internet amazes me. You talk it but I bet u couldn't do it for 30 days let alone 90.

you got to be the doofest dude ever.
I don't just ride.
:readthethread:
open your eyes.

you have the attention span of a knat.
I'd work you like a rag doll till you p90ed your pants huffinf and puffin

I bet you look real good with them grapefruits.

A bike is just one thing I do...there isn't much I can't
I was a state decathlon champion in high school and I've always been gifted.
I could bench 315 when I was 17 and I weighed 170...At 150 I still pushed 225 as much as Clowney.
I ran the 100m in 10.9 and threw a javelin over 200 ft. having never done it before.
I shoot, I hike, I ski, telemark, snowboard, race inline skates, a champion table tennis Forrest Gump. I won my school table tennis tourney left handed with my right arm in a cast...I don't make anything up.
And yea...I fought a little...but I avoid it as much as possible because its stupid unless you are going to kill a man defending your own.

You are a tv dancer. I've competed in more sports than you fucked girls....fine ones anyway.

What would you respect...them closet fags you watch telling you to push it real hard?
Get in line with all them sheep and wiggle your arms and legs....mooooooo.
