San Andreas no doubt for me. The newest one out probably could take that over if I could build up enough nerve to play video games like I used to. The San Andreas had everything. Open environment, driving, flying, shoot em ups, pimping, and you could load your own music so you could do all that shit to your own playlist. For years, people said all that was missing was an online universe, should have known that when they added it, the shit would basically turn into...as swords says....the purge
. Quite an easy fix to that problem though, remove the map. That shit would be awesome. You rolling around and all you have to relay on is your screen view and not the overhead map telling you where other players are.
Id have to go all the way back to old systems like nintendo and sega to find games that I like better. Zeldas, Super Marios, Sonics The Hedgehogs, Castlevanias, Punchout, Bionic Commando, Streets of Rages and shit. I brought this shit out at a dinner party once, a bunch of grown men and their wives suddenly enthralled by the childhood they thought they left behind.
