I think I finally found a fucking job. Remote 4-5 days too, and more $ than my previous. Waiting on the offer.

Then my lawsuit against my last employer for letting me go over this fucking mandate can commence if a lawyer feels I have a case. :smile81: They thought i was gonna go away Bruh

Naw ill talk to a lawyer and let them tell me if I have a case or not, and then talk to another laywer to see if that lawyer is bullshittin. Butt hurt ex shit is personal, this is professional, this is business. If they owe me money, they owe me money. This aint New Jersey :lol:

Consultations dont cost real money like that, it would be dumb for me to NOT see if I have a case where they owe or violated some element of the employment law from the beginning of it til the end. Im not gonna bow down jus because a bunch of different ppl with a bunch of different specifics in their case tried or are trying and might not have won. Some have.

no harm in checking it out. Locally people getting ready to sue the state because they denied people unemployment who lost their job because they refused to get vaccinated

Exactly no harm at all. The same shit happened up here. My angle is not about unemployment, I never tried for it. But they stiffed me out of my accrued vacation pay, and as tomorrow is theoertically the day that they actually fire me, severance pay and such may be in question. By law im owed 2 additional weeks if they let me go, and they might try ot say that non compliance to the stupid mandate supercedes employment law, which is definitely something an employee anywhere shouldn't be taking up the ass without a struggle.

The UK is developing an automated rail system. Im gonna be testing the system that we're deploying. Half in office, half from home. When they deploy it and if these mandates lift....I might be taking trips to the UK... to help with it....
