I listen to a lot of new stuff but I just don't talk about it. I already wrote a parody to Em's song "Godzilla". It was good to get that vibe of creativity. And that's how it should work.

ive listened to 10 of the 20 songs so far and at this pace its looking like his most lyrical album ever. he's really hit another gear here so far. phenomenal lyricism, flow and wordplay. and i could listen to Skylar Greys Leaving Heaven chorus all fucking day long.

Black Squad spent all that time and energy going at Em and he just collectively swatted them away with a few lines. thats fucked up.

Man that Juice WRLD feature is bitter sweet. R.I.P. but that shit is a BANGER. Holy shit.

this is the absolute best album Em has ever done. after the Eminem Show a majority of his albums were half great and half filler. up until Kamikaze which was a majority great with a couple fillers but the album as a whole was only like 12 songs. this is 17 songs, all "A" material. the production is terrific and a different sound for Em. a better sound. he showed glimpses of it on his last album. this album is full blown.

Not heard this yet but if it's as good as Lucky You I'll be happy. He's getting heat/publicity in the UK for rapping about the Manchester bombings. Clever marketing

Same as every album for me. Heard some incredible lyrics, couple dope songs, don't need to hear it again. Back on that uncle murder shit.

Em just doesn't have staying power for me, but I appreciate his craft and Unbeliebable talent. The content and the way he delivers it on 95 percent of the music just doesn't do for me.

This. I have just never felt the urge or relisten to almost any of Ems music. Thru em Ive realized its possible to make some songs with incredible lyrics, that have virtually zero staying power.

That's why I always make it a point to make sure that I acknowledge dudes greatness.... He is gifted, and people will snap their own necks to protect his honor, I'm just not listening to this album more than two times, if that, but I've always felt that.

The fact that he's still going this hard at this point of his career though... Shit man... Homeboy is a legend, no doubt. Love that he hit Joe B. Also, cause that nigga annoying as fuck.

na im telling you thats what it is and its not even bad or wrong. probably not even the white thing though im sure it plays a role even subconsciously. I know you don't fuck with Tupac, Dre, Snoop, you a NY dude who by in large only fuck with that scene and that sound and content. and thats normal and fine. i do that with other artists who be spittin' but then im like yea shit sounds dope but i just cant.

I don't fuck with Snoop now, Snoop was my first favorite rapper, ever. He just stopped rapping a long time ago.
But I understand what you're saying, and the white thing definitely doesn't have anything to do with it, the content of snapping necks and taking pills and the fast while impressive wordplay of all that just isn't my thing, no matter what coast or race you are.
I'm pretty versatile when it comes to my shoice of music, my recent love of uncle murder is evident, because there's nothing real productive or complex about what that dude is spitting, but the delivery and his simple word play has me hooked, yet my favorite underground rappers of all time Loaded Lux and Papoose couldn't be further from what Uncle murder is.different styles, all spit content I enjoy.
Em doesn't spit anything I want to listen to. If he were white and wrote about stuff I wanted to hear, I'd love it and I would play it over and over.
