Lol probably just a prank gone bad. In todays climate tho like you said, shit is all bad. Me and my boy were responsible for a hate hoax as a kid a long time ago. It was when "The Tigger Movie" was in theaters. Well the movie sign was not that high and it had those interchangeable letters, displaying what movies were playing. I gave my black friend a boost, and we replaced the T with an N and it read " The black man Movie" and we walked off thinking that was the funniest shit ever lmao. The sign was not just in front of the theater , it was on the street facing the boulevard for all to see  shit was funny as hell
