Almost broke my gah damned back this morning. Snowed yesterday afternoon, got 6-8 inches. then over night, the temps increased, and it rained for a few hours. Then, before dawn, the temps dropped, and all that shit just froze solid. The shit at the end of my driveway laughed at my snowblower. Broke my shovel moving shit. If to pick up boulders of ice and move them manually. Fuck...snow.

I got one, and its usually adequate for the job, but the ice wall the fucking plow deposited at the end of my driveway was damn near solid ice. Mine couldn't even begin to fuck with it. never shovel on a full stomach. i know that now.   that was fun. my girls had a blast. just like i did with my brothers back in the day. I love the snow. There's a preliminary forecast for snow next Friday/Saturday. give me a fucking avalanche.

I have a large drive way at a corner so not only do I gotta fuck with my driveway but I gotta deal with the large pile that the plows leave especially high at the bottom. Also being on the corner, I have 2 sidewalks that we are legally mandated to clean or else be responsible for if ppl get hurt. I aint see no snow blower sale yet! Lol but I see shovels on sale all the fuckin time, and I break those bitches annually. _________________

I got the beastliest of all beast of snowblowers.
Honda tracked with a hydrostatic drive.
This fucka will throw snow and ice.
Its overbuilt I love it.
2.5 hrs on the blower and 1 hour on the shovel today.
Decks aren't done....snow still on the roof but when it comes off that's another 2or3 tons that's gonna get shoveled. Decks take about an hour each depending.
Livin' in the north land ain't easy.

Old I am gettin' But this old man can work. Got soft hands these days. This old man can shovel 2 or 3 times what a normal man can over the course of an 1hr or more.  Make it 2 or more hours and I still go...3-5 times a normal man. If you don't do it often it can beat you the fuck up. We got 1 1/2 ft to 2ft....Driveway is about 80 meters long. Snowbanks have been up to 6 ft along the driveways some years. I once had to emergency hand shovel that fucking driveway one year because the snowblower on the tractor broke. It took 3 hours of frantic work just to get a car width path down. I should post some of the winter pics around here.
