Me...today...5 hours...Almost 4000 calories. NO real hard efforts...wind was killer though...20-30mph gusts for a while exposed. Machine.

Yesterday I broke diet just a little. That's what happens when you attend a party with lots of food around. Today I will be at another party but I will try my hardest to avoid the bad food that tastes so good. Just not sure if I can stay away from the liquor.

Im not slim yet...rocked 312 miles last week. 55 yesterday and just finished running/walking 4.6 for a little recovery work. Going on a hike with my CL girl. She is bad ass man. I have learned a lot about her in the last week. Talked on the phone some and emailed a lot. We remember each other from back in the day same city my business was in... Small damn world.
Lost 3 pounds in about the last 2 weeks. About 192 now. Thats a good pace and not too fast. Shit. I could lose 10 pounds a week but shit ain't healthy and likely to come back quick with a slip or 2. The more you dip and gain it gets harder. YOur body prepares its and stores that fat.
