Christopher Hitchens was a repressed homosexual who was deeply in love with Martin Amis for most of his life. So in love that he fucked Amis' sister as a matter of spite I reckon. Hitchens was angry most of his life which is why I believe he was such a bastard of an atheist. He was likely treated poorly by the nuns who were his teachers for some years and then he got angrier and angrier because he was really a homosexual who never came out of the closet. Shortly before he died, he was posting videos on YT and I can say that he genuinely looked terrified and unsure about what was going to happen to him after he died. He looked like he wasn't so sure about that "no God thing" anymore. I felt bad for him once I came to the determination that he was a repressed homosexual for most of his life and that is why he was always so angry.

I recall reading something about him saying he banged or got banged by two men who went on to be in Margaret Thatchers government. Something like even tho he was squarely into his pursuit of young women, he still experienced and enjoyed the off foray back into homosexual romps. So your theory is plausible. Some quick searches tell a story about C hitchens having a long history of homosexuality, so I am not so sure how repressed it was for him.You know, his brother Peter Hitchens pretty much admitted that he had his atheist phase as well, and then got scared out of it when he tried to face the theoretical possibility of what was in the afterlife. Peter and Chris have always had a weird divide....being brothers. Maybe Peter caught on to Chris' homosexual tendency when they were kids. Hopefully it wasnt something more cringe worthy than that. I knew my friends older brother was gay before I knew fully what gay was, Im sure Peter knew about his own brother.
