Jermz are there actually oxtail pieces that are close to 100% meat and no fat?? or whats the best ratio you can hope for?? You always gonna have a lil fat man. U cant cutfat off of oxtail effectively unless its frozen. So i tell the butcher to trim that. But oxtail is also cheaper non trimmed. I cant live with less than 80-20. Thats why i dont buy cooked oxtail....and only eat it from trusted usually family sources or cook it myself. And anyone whos eatin mine has never once made a complaint about fat. You need some of Jermz oxtail....thats the problem. Some good old fashioned Jamaican racialist oxtail! _________________

I am developing a dangerous alcoholic type trend of drinking in the am coming off of this night shift. I dont know what it is. Drinks taste so much better at 730am....after that night shift. Its worrying. But it feels....so good!

Dangerous aftermath too. I drank from 730am to 1230pm. A decent amount. Then slept for 8 hours. And when i woke up for my prework shower....instead of feeling like ass which would deter me from a repeat the next day....i felt like a million dollars.
Boys....Jermz gonna have a problem if they keep him locked up at home and on these night shifts.
