My right hand homie got COVID last week, he's in quarantine at home now. Alpha and Omicron variant. 3 days of headache and stuffy nose. His mom got delta earlier this year. Also tanked it in 3 days, and she's old, overweight, with comorbidities.

There are things you can have that will make the risk greater, and for some im sure its just random. But having issues and getting covid, by the numbers, is not the automatic death sentence that they make it out to me.

Never been concerned about that minor side effect shit like head aches, malaise, and a sore arm, that aint nothin, I work thru hangovers and fevers. I'm concerned the random lottery of getting one of those big ones, because those shits will take your life, and I have no faith in the medical establishment to identify it to save me. So I'll vote for the tight rope. I aint in the streets looking for Covid like you although the new one appears to be mild so I wouldnt mind it. But Im not taking the chance that my number plays with blood clots or heart inflammation or them other shits. They still can't explain who gets those things and why, so telling me raw statistical chances just aint enough for me...given the high recovery rate.

It's believed to be Omicron. But who knows. Maybe because I had it before, I had built up "some" immunity, which is why this time its not so bad? Pnly reason I got tested was because I had these cold symptoms, and was supposed to be around family this weekend, some of which are elderly. Thought I would be "responsible' and get tested real quick so I didn't have to hear people bitch everytime I sneezed.
