Jermz i want you to watch What If and let me know what you think. It's only 9 episodes ranging from 30-35 minutes. I only found the What If Thor were an only child episode kind of tedious but not overly horrible. The Dr. Strange episode, Zombie apocalypse episode, and the last 2 episodes which was basically What If Ultron won, i thought were all terrific.

Ya see I ended up late binge watching them. Strange losing his heart instead of his hands. Top tier. The avengers being picked off before becoming avengers. Good too. I like how they went out of their way to do it right and get the voice overs done by the original actors. Sometimes actors demand too much money for shit like that instead of just doing the work and being part of something special. The best animated shows always have top tier voice actors. Cant wait to watch the rest later.

We don't agree on everything involving the MCU but I knew you would like it. I can't wait for season 2 and have been thinking of potential storylines myself. I'd love a storyline where Clint, and not Natasha, sacrificed himself for the Soul Stone. Lots of different repercussions for alot of different people in that scenario.

I always love animated shit. Animation is the best form of media for comic book shit. DC kicks ass with animated shit. And I mean I grew up on all those animated comic book shows. But ya you were dead ass right. Moved it! Wasnt a single episode that I didnt like.

Yea I feel the same way about Star Wars and their animated series compared to the movies. I'm wondering if the MCU will expand their animation adventures beyond What If.

I know I've said this shit before and then enjoyed the shit. But She Hulk, I think She Hulk is where the line is gonna be drawn. I think it's gonna be bullshit. And I think Im going to regret wasting my time watching it if I watch it.

Jermz u still keeping up with everything?? Last series I watched was Hawkeye and last movie was Strange 2. I'm about to binge watch Panther, Thor, Ant Man and GOTG 3.

Ya man. But some of them a bit garbage. Im watching the new one with Fury right now and crossing fingers that Majors beats those false ass abuse charges.

Panther was garbage. The rest were good, imo. Loved Hawkeye, didnt think I would. Strange 2 was good.

Panther 2 was alright for a 1 time viewing. Definitely one of my least favorite Marvel movies, or maybe my absolute favorite least. But it was alright.

Thor was dope as fuck. Glad Jane died, her arch definitely ran its course. The God Butcher story was dope, and then his daughter staying with Thor.

The post credits in Ant Man was crazy with the stadium full of Kangs.

Dope movie overall.

The Marvels was terrible. Nothing to do with the girl power shit. Black Widow was girl power and was great. Scarlett/Wanda has always been my favorite MCU character. Shit was just a bad uninteresting movie.

The post credit with home girl in the other universe with Beast and her Mom was the only positive thing in the movie. And the fact that they couldn't even give Brie Larsen her own movie after the first one, speaks volumes. Its just a big mess, gotta hope the MCU isnt trending downward, I think it is.

I've never had issue with Captain Marvel or Brie Larsen as Captain Marvel. Not sure why alot of people do. First movie I liked alot and she did well in Endgame. Not an issue with Brie or the character. Movie and it's story was just boring. The black girl i enjoyed in WandaVision as well. But she did nothing for me either until that post credit. Not even Nick Fury could save that mess lol.

Ya it's weird when you look at it like that. I had high hopes for Brie as Cap Marvel, even tho I hate the character. Prefer the old Ms Marvel in the sexy outfit who Rogue fucked up.

But ya, the story was downright awful. Clumsey. TOo short for 3 characters. Not developed well enough. Too bright. Too silly. Too shallow. Just trash. Good acting can't bring a trash story or trash dialogue out of the gutter.

Not an MCU series but Elizabeth Olsen obviously has MCU ties. Love and Death. Absolutely gripping and haunting. 30 minutes after it's conclusion I'm still processing the aftermath. But I'll say I was rooting for and ultimately agreeing with the final verdict.

Holy shit I just found out the 2022 Hulu series Candy is about this same exact story. With Jessica Biel as the lead. It's go time.
