After months and months of PT on my shoulder, finally gave in, and am having surgery next week. Gonna be 1 armed for a while, so if I am not so active, that's why. Hopefully recovery is quick and I can get this shit back to normal.

Life lesson gents...don't ignore shit thinking it will do away on its own. I had pain for months, figured I just needed to "take it easy". After that didn't work, I tired PT, but it was too late. Torn rotator cuff, calcium deposit formed around the tear, which lead to decreased mobility, which eventually lead to frozen shoulder.

1/28 going in. Be in a sling 2-6 weeks depending on how bad the tear is. Can only see so much on an MRI. Full recovery? Probably June

I used to pitch and bowl in middle school and early HS baseball and cricket. Tore my right shoulder up. To spare that i slept on my left a lot and when sleeping with a bitch my are always got pinned under one of these bitches when they was all up in my grill. That shit will rightfully fuck your shoulder up over a long period and u cant even identify how it got that way.
