Yo, looking for medical advice from you guys, LMAO. Anyone ever dealt with a sore Achilles? For the last year, I picked up running. Run 5-6 miles a day, 3-4 times a week. Last few days, my right Achilles has been sore. I don't wanna end up blowing it out, but I'm in a competition with my boy, and I hate fucking losing, LOL.

My advice: STOP for a while. Do something different. Is almost inevitable....running is a banging activity and the injury rate is high over time. Running is a great form of exercise but doesn't do it often is also my advice. This is without getting into shoes and fit and body type.
