I don't eat Pork. I stopped eating it over 15 years ago. It's just not that good a meat, and if studies were better aimed at proving certain things, it would be well proven by now.

I love meat but am trying to cut down. Haven't had any in over a week. My goal is to make it a month and then go back to eating it occasionally. I like pork every bit as much as beef, although I don't put bacon on everything like most of this country. In fact, I rarely ever eat bacon. But I'm a sucker for pulled pork, pork belly, ribs, tenderloin, cured pork, a juicy chop, etc. It's a versatile meat.

I prefer beef over pork. Mainly because im a big sandwich guy, and I don't like the combo of pork and bread all that much. I rarely eat any pork sandwiches, and nothing beats a big juicy burger.

Silly real shit is this....
Cancer incidences are highest in populations with high meat consumption.
The higher the consumption of meat...the higher the meat consumption.
Fish, chicken, beef, and pig.
The dilemma is figuring out if its just too much protein which is what i would guess.

I eat meat about 1 time a week. I eat plants, rice, grains, fruits, yada yada. Cut down of bread a lot too but everything bagels are my bread choice.
I feel better and perform better and it tastes good if you know how to season with the right spices and herbs. I still eat about 1/2 dozen eggs a week.
