If cotto beats sergio clearly ,is he an ATG?

I reserve calling fighters atg unless that fighter does special things in the ring. Cotto, as good as he is, is not an atg. He is a h.o.f. fighter though. Beating Sergio makes him first ballot for sure, even though I think he already is.
