Khan looks shredded at 147. I think he kicks Luis' ass.

nah

Luis looks happy to be there. I don't see him backing up Amir or landing a big counter. Khan will get there first every time.

Luis is the much smarter fighter and the much more overall skilled fighter. If Luis is wearing Reyes gloves tomorrow night, Khan is going to sleep. Khan will have trouble landing those shots against Luis' southpaw style and his good defensive posture.

And Khan is the much, much faster and stronger fighter. Name one southpaw who has given Amir an ounce of trouble. Kotelnik, McCloskey, Judah? Nah. The dream dies for Luis.

Didn't they say the same thing about Khan before he fought Danny?

So you're comparing Luis to Danny? Now who's sipping the Victor Ortiz kool aid?

I think it's funny that Band thinks people are high on Luis because of the Ortiz fight.

Nope.

I don't think that. I know that. Just because you have creepily been following his last 5 years where he's done next to nothing doesn't mean others have. The fact that people are talking about him fighting for a shot at Mayweather proves my point. It has literally everything to do with Ortiz. Given the wealth at 147 (and really 140-154), Luis wasn't even considered a contender anymore, and you couldn't call him a gatekeeper because the only gates he was defending were around the parking lots he was fighting in. He beats a bitch and that somehow absolves him from a half decade of garbage fights?

Nope.

Band has a great pount. And all of you are just dimissing it.

Luis no more then average.
But he has enough power and defensive grit, amir will land,he lands on everyone.

Luis imo come out tryin to land a big shot and is getting out worked for 12 or he finally lands
it in just time .

Ill take amir in this one. Close call, but amir has more confidence
And speed and better corner.
50/50 fight

I actually think Luis is a pretty good fighter. People on this board just jump to ridiculous conclusions. I know that by saying he hasn't done shit in 5 years (he hasn't), burowz automatically assumes I think he's a shit fighter. Just like how when I say Khan could be better at 147 (he can), people claim I'm a fan of his, or that Canelo doesn't suck (he doesn't), I'm a fan of his as well. You can't utter an ounce of positivity about a marked man without getting shit for it around here. I've never said Collazo is a bad fighter. I've never said Khan doesn't have a glass jaw. I've never said Canelo doesn't have stamina issues. You say one thing, people assume the rest.

People get confused who they are really arguing with and don't much care what you really said.
But so true....say one thing and then you are lumped together with shit you never said.
