He should be able to.
Beltran he confident in his chin and his ability to deal punishment.
Crawford isn't going to stand still and should be able to hit hard enough.

I say Crawford wins and so would 90% of fight fans. But it's probably a fight that should be made. It would provide Crawford a rugged foe who would push him. It be a good experience for him.

Crawford is a solid favorite, but we've seen relatively untested fighters step up against solid rugged vets and get their comeuppance before. And even in losing, Beltran will make it exciting and get his in. im looking forward to this fight.
