David is a really cool guy. I'd like to say he was once a friend, but he moved and now my business has closed since. Dude used to come chill in my bar on Sunday nights writing Fighting Words. Coolest shit ever because we would talk boxing for hours and I'd pre-read the article and offer any input which was mostly, "Sounds great". The guy has come a long way. We were texting about a month back and he ask me how I was....I told him it was a long story.

Anyway...I'm giving this guy a shoutout because he deserves the best in the world and I respect him a great deal. He is about as fair and objective a person as I have ever met. He knows my real name. If you told him about V he would probably look at you cross, but say "Vendetta" and he would know exactly who you were talking about. Vendetta was my bar/sushi spot.
